Short version: I collect your name and email so I can send you what you asked for. I do not sell your data, and I never will.

Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated by WrenPro LLC, DBA Hailey Wren ("Hailey Wren," "we," "I"), located at 475 Ventus Court, Lafayette, Colorado 80026. Questions about anything on this page go to hailey@haileywren.com.
What I collect
Information you give me
- Name and email address, when you request a free guide, subscribe, or buy something.
- Purchase information, when you buy a product. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and never reach me or this website.
- Anything you write to me, including email replies and messages sent through the course platform.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, in aggregate.
What I never collect
I do not ask for and do not want passwords, card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or health information. The AI products sold here are built to refuse this information as well.
Why I use it
- To send you the guide, product, or resource you asked for.
- To send you email you have opted into, and which you can leave at any time.
- To deliver and support anything you have purchased.
- To understand which content is useful, in aggregate.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who else touches your data
I use a small number of services to run this business. Each receives only what it needs:
- Kit (email) stores your name and email and sends the email you signed up for.
- Circle (course delivery) stores your account and progress if you buy a product.
- Stripe (payments) processes payments. I never see your full card details.
- Cloudflare (hosting) serves this website and keeps standard security logs.
- Google Analytics (analytics) measures how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address. It does not know your name or email.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
If you give me your email, you will receive what you requested plus related email from me. Every email has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and using it costs you nothing else.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones and to measure which pages get read. That is the only cookie-setting service here.
There is no advertising tracking, no retargeting pixel, and nothing that follows you to other websites. I am not running ads against you. I look at this data in aggregate to see which guides are worth writing more of.
Your browser can block or clear these cookies and every part of this site still works. If you would rather not be counted at all, browser settings or an extension that blocks analytics will do it, and I will not try to work around that.
How long I keep it
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period afterwards. Customers: as long as you have access to what you bought, plus whatever accounting law requires. Ask me to delete your data and I will, except where I am legally required to keep records of a transaction.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email hailey@haileywren.com and I will handle it within 30 days. I will not charge you or make it difficult.
If you are in the EU or UK, the legal bases I rely on are consent (for marketing email), contract (to deliver what you bought), and legitimate interest (to keep the site running and secure).
If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of, and you will never be treated differently for exercising a right.
Where your data goes
I am based in the United States and so are the services listed above. If you are outside the US, your information is transferred there and handled under those providers' safeguards. If you would rather it were not, do not submit the form, and email me instead.
If you are in the EU or UK
Beyond the rights listed above, you can object to processing, ask for your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority: in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EU it is the supervisory authority where you live. I would appreciate the chance to fix it first, but that is your right and not conditional on asking me.
Children
This site is for adults running businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, the date at the top changes and, if it affects you materially, I will say so by email rather than quietly editing the page.
