Does this sound like you?

You wake up tired of deciding before you’ve done any work.

The calendar. The inbox. Yesterday’s loose ends. The personal thing you cannot forget. Before you start the day, you have to assemble it.

The whole day lives in pieces.

  • You are the founder, scheduler, marketer, inbox manager, and keeper of every priority.
  • You dig through three places just to decide what deserves your attention first.
  • The work follows you because you are the only one carrying what comes next.

And AI did not fix it.

  • It gives you generic lists for a business it does not know.
  • Nothing sounds like you until you rewrite the whole thing.
  • Every new chat starts over, so the “time saver” becomes another thing to manage.
Tomorrow can look like this

One sentence tonight. One clear page tomorrow.

6:03 PM

Capture it once.

“Capture: send Dana the revised proposal tomorrow.” Then close the laptop.

7:02 AM

Say “brief me.”

Your AI pulls together what it knows, what you captured, and what matters today.

7:03 AM

Read the whole day.

Dana is first, the proposal draft is ready, your workout is protected, and Mom’s birthday is flagged.

7:06 AM

Start clear.

The three things that actually need you are ranked. Everything else can wait.

The setup

Your afternoon, start to brief.

No blank templates. No twenty-page intake form. Your AI asks the questions a world-class executive assistant would ask in week one, then writes its own operating files.

01

Download your Cabinet.

The folder you own. Everything your brief knows lives here in plain files.

02

Connect it.

About ten minutes. Follow the Claude or ChatGPT path, click by click.

03

Start your interview.

Talk for about an hour. It asks, you answer, and it files. Pause whenever you want.

04

Say “brief me.”

About thirty seconds later, your first personalized brief is ready.

What gets installed

Not prompts. A foundation.

Brief Me gives your AI a role, memory, standards, and one job it performs every morning. Every file is yours and comes with you if you switch platforms later.

Identity

The Card

Your voice, preferences, boundaries, and instructions. Read at the start of every session.

Onboarding

The Interview

It asks, you talk, it writes. It can investigate your website first and never asks the same question twice.

Memory

Business + Personal Brains

Your offers, customers, priorities, people, dates, non-negotiables, and real life in separate rooms.

Standards

The EA Role

Anticipate. Batch questions. Never invent. Never nag. Protect the things you said matter.

Output

The Morning Brief

The brief specification and designed template that turn everything it knows into one useful page.

Setup

Eight guided lessons

Platform choice, setup, interview, first brief, optional automation, and the commands you can use next.

Example Brief Me output with today's schedule, ranked priorities, work already handled, replies, and personal radar
Every morning after

Your whole world, without the whole mess.

  • Your schedule with prep notes and protected non-negotiables
  • Your top three priorities, ranked across business and life
  • Drafts ready for anything you captured
  • Deadlines, overdue items, birthdays, and personal radar
  • Who owes you what and what needs a reply
  • What your AI already prepared or handled

Correct it once and the correction sticks. Too long? Wrong tone? Missing something? Say so. By day three, it should feel like it was built for you, because it was.

The two things I hear most

“But I already tried AI.”

“It’s slop. It never gives me what I want.”

Because your AI has amnesia. It knows nothing about you, so everything it makes is generic. Brief Me installs the foundation everyone skips. Teach it your world once, then improve it through normal corrections.

“My AI already knows me really well.”

Perfect. You are closer than most. Brief Me organizes that scattered knowledge into files you own and one dependable morning output. Ask your current AI to write down what it knows, hand that to the interview, and keep moving.

“This sounds like one more thing I won’t finish.”

You do not get a giant portal and fifty lessons. You get eight short guides, a click-by-click path, and an interview you can pause. Give it one honest afternoon; use the result the next morning.

“I don’t want another subscription.”

Neither do I. Brief Me is $27 once, and the files stay on your computer. It works inside the AI you already use, so there is no separate Brief Me app to feed every month.

Founding cohort

We are measuring the mornings now.

Two client implementations and four beta testers are tracking setup time, minutes saved, and what moved from “in my head” to “already handled.” Their real results will replace these markers.

Result slot 01 · Minutes saved

Before and after: how long the founder spent assembling the day.

Result slot 02 · Day-three fit

What the brief missed on day one, and what permanent corrections fixed by day three.

Result slot 03 · Already handled

The task, reply, or prep work waiting before the founder started her day.

This is for you if...

  • You run the whole thing, even if people help execute it.
  • You want your mornings and mental space back.
  • You will give the setup one honest afternoon.
  • You are willing to correct your AI so it learns.
  • You run more than one business or a business plus a very real life.

Skip this if...

  • You want AI to magically know everything without being told.
  • You will not give it real context about your business.
  • You want software that runs with your computer asleep.
  • You are looking for a giant prompt library instead of one useful system.

3:1companies to one AI EA
Hi, I’m Hailey

I stopped drowning by getting clearer, not bigger.

I run and help run three companies, including two seven-figure brands. I have hired human executive assistants before. Today, my AI is the EA that knows the businesses, the priorities, and the life around them.

That means the workouts, pickleball, date nights, friend time, weekends away, and every vet visit still fit. Brief Me is the first piece of the system that made “handled” true for me.

I built this so you can get the same clarity without building the whole thing from scratch.

Questions, answered

Before you ask...

01Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can download a folder, follow a short video, and talk to Claude or ChatGPT, you can set this up. There is a beginner path that makes the platform and plan decisions for you.
02Does this work with Claude or ChatGPT?
Both. I teach Claude first because it can work directly with the Cabinet folder on your computer. ChatGPT has a complete setup path and one small file-saving habit that keeps your copy current.
03How long does setup really take?
Plan for one afternoon. The technical connection is about ten minutes. The interview takes roughly an hour across three short sessions, and you can pause whenever you want.
04Will it read my email and calendar?
The on-demand brief works without connectors. An optional lesson shows how to connect Gmail and Google Calendar when your platform supports it. Nothing runs while your computer is asleep, and I say that plainly.
05What about private information?
Your Cabinet is built to refuse passwords, card numbers, Social Security numbers, passport details, and other sensitive identifiers, even if offered. You decide what business and personal context belongs in it.
06I already have a VA. Is this still useful?
Yes. A clear Business Brain, Personal Brain, priorities, and repeatable brief make a human VA better too. The system reduces how much context has to route through you.
07I run more than one business. Will it work?
Yes. The structure was built by someone running multiple companies. Your brief can rank priorities across ventures and personal life instead of pretending they exist in separate worlds.
08Is this a subscription?
No. Brief Me is $27 once. You may need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan depending on your usage, but there is no additional Brief Me subscription.

You built the whole thing yourself. You do not have to hold the whole thing yourself.

Give your AI one afternoon of real context. Tomorrow morning, let it give you the day back.
